A little about me: 

I'm a creative, multi skilled, multimedia Producer/Production Manager/AP with over 10 years industry experience. I have a diverse background in producing documentaries, high-end promos, corporate, educational and youth-orientated films for both broadcast and online audiences. My credits include films and projects for the BBC, Christian Aid, Cancer Research UK, The Prince's Trust and Filmfour.

My skills & experience:

  • Producing / Production Management / Directing / Coordinating / Development
  • Self shooter on Canon 5D Mark II, Sony Z1 and Panasonic DVX 100 cameras
  • Proven client and account management, budgeting, script writing, scheduling and research skills 
  • Exceptional street, 'real people' and professional casting experience
  • Solid experience on fast turnaround projects and setting up multi-region overseas shoots
  • Specialist in making films for and with vulnerable young people and those considered 'hard to reach'. I have worked with young people from a variety of  backgrounds including those who are in or leaving care as well as those who are not in training, education or employment (NEET). I understand the issues that matter to young people, and I have good access and contacts within the youth / third sector. I've also worked with and devised several programmes for autistic young people and recently won a bid to set up a filmmaking project for young people in Gaza, Palestine (info coming soon!).

‘Take it On’ is a call to action promo for the Radio One Teen Awards that showcases inspiring teenagers across London.

This film is about how 5 youth dance companies raised HIV and AIDS awareness through dance in the UK and Namibia.  The film was screened as part of a film, music and dance showcase at Sadler's Wells and was supported by Boy Blue, Carlos Acosta and Nitin Sawhney.

'Ctrl.Alt.Shift' is a UK based experimental initiative politicising a new generation of activists for social justice and global change.
